Refund policy

We accept returns for brand new, unused items purchased directly from Terra Firma Overland within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and arrive back at our warehouse in brand new, unused condition. Returns are subject to a flat rate return shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. For tents, customers will be responsible for the full shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Fees are applied to cover the expenses of the transaction, even if a customer wishes to exchange for a different item or receive a credit.
