WARRANTY & RETURNS

We accept returns for brand new, unused items purchased directly from Terra Firma Overland within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and arrive back at our warehouse in brand new, unused condition. Returns are subject to a flat rate return shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. For tents, customers will be responsible for the full shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Fees are applied to cover the expenses of the transaction, even if a customer wishes to exchange for a different item or receive a credit. If you need to return a damaged or defective item, please refer to our warranty policy.

Terra Firma Overland provides a warranty to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified terms. The product's life is determined from the date of purchase until it becomes unserviceable due to normal wear and tear.

If a product is found to be defective, our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing it as described in this warranty statement. Replacement parts and items may include used items that are equivalent or superior.

Terra Firma Overland reserves the right to determine if the issue qualifies under the warranty policy.

Our tents and awnings come with a 2-year warranty for manufacturer and craftsmanship defects, while our accessories are covered by a 1 year warranty. Please refer to the specific product for the exact warranty period.

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER

Terra Firma Overland Company, LLC warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, shipping damage, misuse, alteration, abuse, animal attack, or any weather-related damage. We also cannot be held responsible for lost, undelivered, or damaged packages during shipment, as that is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, and we do not offer any other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. Terra Firma Overland Company, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Our warranty is only available in the United States and Canada, and no reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
