Base Construction: Our color coded base has a tig welded internal aluminum frame that is then has insulating foam inserted between each rib and bonded to the outer aluminum layers with non petro chemical glues. We use all aluminum moving parts and an extra thick stainless hinge to provide you with a tent base that is built to be lightweight and durable.

How do your tents mount to the vehicle?
All of our tents have two lateral channels/tracks with moveable clamps. Our tents require a minimum of two crossbars to mount onto a vehicle with a minimum thickness of 1/2" and a Maximum of 2".
How do I know if this tent will fit my vehicle?
If you are unsure after viewing the specs of the tent you are interested in, we recommend contacting us for assistance in choosing the right match for your vehicle as well as your own personal needs.
How soon after ordering will I receive my tent?
All of our tents ship via Freight. Freight is inherently a slow moving service so the average window from order date to delivery can be from 2-10 business days. However we choose to solely use FedEx Freight which once picked up does have a guaranteed delivery date.
Do you offer any kind of warranty?

Do I need an aftermarket roof rack for a rooftop tent or will my stock rack work?
In most cases it is required, but in certain instances there are OEM racks that can support a RTT. However we will always recommend using an aftermarket roof rack. Being at the limit of anything will only last so long. Aftermarket racks have tremendous improvements over anything OEM and ease of use will be one of them as well. If you are interested in using an OEM rack then you need to ensure both the static weigh rating exceeds the weight of the tent, and the dynamic weight rating will hold the tent with the occupants.
